Free version is horrible
The free version isn’t worth using. I am struggling financially and 100% can not pay for premium. So I tried using the free version. I wrote out as clearly as 160 characters allows my question and background to the current health issue. Yet both responses from doctors said they didn't understand the question and to write it clearly.
1. “Should I stop using the antibiotics?” That is what I wrote as the question. It is simple and clear. What do they not understand about that question.
2. Yes I wasn’t able to type out the background perfectly but I made sure the important parts were in there and understandable.
“Im being treated for an ear infection with antibiotics, the swab test came back with no bacteria only yeast.”
Followed with the question.
I don’t understand how the doctors on this app can’t understand that!!!!!!

Biggest scam never use this service
No customer service, recurring payments when you dont even sign up for them, all their contact numbers dont work and they do not respond to emails scam out of india! Fbi will be investigating them soon
Poor Customer Service
I didn’t have a problem with the doctors. I felt like they responded in a timely manner and were somewhat helpful. The problem is their customer service. I need to cancel my membership and the provided email does not work. I sent in two requests for someone to contact me and have not heard anything. Currently paying for something I’m not even using which is super frustrating.

Illegal card charges
Took money out of my account months after I cancelled my subscription. Unlawful, Deceitful and sneaky. Don’t waste your time or money on this second rate scam
Worth a try
App has a few bugs in it. Sometimes various words will show up as symbols. Other than that it’s really great if you have a question or searching for answers. There’s been occasions that it takes quite a while for someone to answer your question. Love that you can upload lab results and images directly to the portal. Some of the doctors are fantastic others or not. We have a very rare disease and have gotten some great ideas from some of the physicians here.

I’ve been trying to cancel this sub for months!
I wanted this app to ask 1 question and I immediately deleted and tried to cancel the subscription after I got my answer. Since, I’ve been charged 3 additional times because there is no option to cancel it within the app. I called the number on my statement and can’t get in contact with anyone, and I’ve emailed them multiple times with no response. I just really want to stop the subscription and I honestly want a refund for the multiple months I’ve tried to cancel to no avail due to their unavailability.
As far as the answer itself, I’m an RN and I honestly didn’t receive any pivotal information outside of what I already knew. It may be beneficial for those who don’t work in the medical field or don’t have a decent foundation in health, but not me.

Ask a doctor app
This app is a scam I called them because I haven’t been using the app only one time and they are trying to still charge my card of $20 I called them and called them the man hardly speaks English and wouldn’t give me the assistance I needed,and also emailed them and it says a failure two address not found,so google your answers guys don’t waste your time 😡😡

Asked my question 2 January but I guess it wasn't important enough so the app says I asked on 3 Jan. So much for timely service. I have no idea what to expect but for now, I am not impressed. $20 ought to get you at least a "Hello, a doc will be with you in (whatever interval) thank you". The response tomorrow better be good...

Problems with App & Cancellation!
I almost never write reviews, but man, they need to fix their app. I want to write a question and when I hit the limit of characters for a free question, it asks if I want to pay, and I say yes, but it does not work. God! It’s so annoying.
I tried cancelling the subscription, but it turns out the app wouldn’t let me! I contacted them, and they told me they had cancelled it. One month later, a subscription fee shows up on my bank statement. What is this, a scam or lack of management?
