Issues with app
I keep getting thrown out of the app when I click on the 3 horizontal bars I am trying to message developers through the app. It won’t let me access any of the other quizzes and keeps referring me to the online store. I have only just installed the app. I wondering if these issues are a result of me using an iPhone 10Show lessOohlala36

I really enjoy doing these puzzles as they are improving my anagram skills, but I am disappointed that the Free games are rarely shown on my page. I realise that some of them have already been downloaded, but some are new games and still don’t download.
I am also disappointed that my friends list is automatically taken by the game designers unless I tick an opt-out box more than once. This should be an opt-in box, NOT an opt-out box.Show lessBabyseal44

Hi, With regards to free packs - they should be available in the top left corner of the pack store, unless you already have them or completed them previously. If you don't think this is the case, please let us know with an example and we'll look into it. Tap the 3 horizontal lines and then 'contact', to email us from within the app. Can you clarify what you mean by your friend list is taken unless you opt out?Love this game!!!!!
I love this game so much. It is fun, and I can not stop playing it, it is addictive. Whenever I get the chance to play it I do. There are a lot of fun things and I am right now on 67 candy. Whenever I get to 200 coins I buy a new pack. So many things to choose from. Love this game, you should get it.😀Show lesskelly cupcake 09

Well the game is alright but there r a few things I would like to say.
The first thing is that in other games I have played when u want to skip an add u watch a video or two and then u can skip it but in this game u have to actually buy it. Which it kind of annoying which brings me on to the next subject. A lot of the time I want to skip levels because the pics don’t relate to the word. So I take a lot of time thinking of words that are completely different to the right word. This is all very annoying. Although I do recommend this game ( if u have patience)

You can use the video hints to help you if you're stuck (and effectively skip a picture that way), but we include Skip as an in-app purchase for those who wish to use it. This app tracks your location to target adverts towards you. For example, it pops up with opening times for supermarkets nearby, so I disabled this function for this app in my iPhone settings. However, I still received targeted adverts for my area so I immediately uninstalled it. How can you trust an app that you do not allow access to your location for but then still appears to use your location anyway? This is a big no-no and my reason for the lowest star rating.
Something to do with the gameplay of this app that annoyed me was that if you typed a whole word and it was misspelled or an incorrect answer it would remove all letters that you used. The developers should change the app so that if a word is wrong or misspelled by the gamer, the incorrect letters can be changed out - much like the ‘logo quiz’ game - instead of the entire word.Show lessguinessisgoodforyou

Hi, We don't ask for permission to use location. It is more likely to be that the Facebook app is tracking the location which feeds into the Facebook ads shown within the game. The reason we remove all letters is to present a more interesting challenge!Good game but...
So this is a good game.I just got it and when you get in you play and it says skip so when I touched skip it told me skip for 0.99 I said why charge just to skip but it your choice you don’t have to take off the skip for 0.99. Overall good game but needs improvement. One more thing you have to pay like 100 circles for another section it should at least be 15 not 100.Show lessBhihjythyuiok
Cheat
I enjoyed playing this game until I discovered that this game is a cheat. The pic showed a picture of a “green python”. In the letters in the option, there was a “q” instead of “T”. So I was forced to view an ad for a hint. And the first letter that came up was a “T” which was not there before, and the letter “Q” which was there had disappeared. So this game is a cheat which forces you to watch an ad. I am uninstalling right now!!Show lessakankshyag

So I play this game a lot. It’s glitchy but nothing ever game breaking and I enjoy it so I deal with it. But in the last two weeks or so there’s this glitch where some ads will start and they just don’t play and you can’t exit them so you have to restart the whole app. And sometimes this happens like 3 times in a row. I don’t know if this is a know issue but this is the only time I’ve ever had a problem like this and it’s get annoying having to exit the whole game every time since the game is a pretty slow loader. The app is great to use when bored and you want to challenge your mind. I just personally feel some of the pictures aren't very clearly related to the actual word. (For example, one of the words are "Necklace", and it's a picture of two elderly people, both acting romantic with one of them wearing a necklace.) I spent quite some time trying to think of words related to elderly or grandparents, and didn't think about the clothing etc.. This is also the same for a few others. For example, one of the words are nose, and it's a picture of half a lion's face. I just don't think it really relates to the word.
It's a fun challenging game and I definitely recommend downloading.

I play it all of the time on my phone. It works great. If you don’t like trivia games though, this would probably be the only one you like. That is what I s how good it is. I want to encourage the maker to make a game even better then this. This is my favorite game I have ever played!❤️😍😘Marine corps ooorah
