Can’t login

Disappointed
Unable to log into app. Most of the time all you see is blank grey screen. Have deleted and redownloaded app several times with no improvement. Excited for rewards program but sad that it can’t easily be accessed.alesquier
Infinite load screen
Downloaded it, tried to log in, and just got a loading screen that never loads anything. Then tried to force close the app and reopen - just gets a blank white screen. Uninstalled, rebooted phone, tried again.. same thing. Not worth the frustration.Anmorata
Spinning wheel of death
Spinning wheel of death when I attempt to log in. If I close the app during the log in process, it will reopen on a gray screen that I can’t navigate away from. Have deleted and reinstalled to the same issues.Cheyudhjd
Can’t even log in
I’ve tried downloading this app multiple times but whenever I try to sign in it freezes on the load symbol. I’ve tried on both wifi and LTE but no luck. Now when I try to open it I just get a white screen. I can log in on the website just fine. Never had this problem with any other app.Lizzzzord

I already loved 2nd and Charles! But this made me love them more! Save your points! Between my points and the books I sell them, sometimes when I check out, I’m not paying them anything! It’s insane!Monarth
