App not work properly

I just pay my year subscription and when I try to work on this app , they are sending me to pay again. Awful!!!

Unknown Error

Every time I press humanize, it says it can’t process due to an unknown error. Is it too late to get a refund?!

Won’t renew

This app checks up to 1000 words at a time. When attaching a partial paper, the app misinterprets its meaning. In addition, the app removes the Intext citations when humanizing the text, making your paper void.

Too limited

Unfortunately the limit of 1000 words is far too limiting to be a actually useful.

ERROR

It was working just fine and I thought this was the solution, but now I can’t get the app to humanize anything anymore. It keeps saying an unknown error has occurred. Please try again. Its been doing this for the last two days. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This is a scam because you can’t even get a refund and apply it to another AI humanizer application

Update: the is an update to my original post. I really appreciate the tech team teaching back to me and providing reassurance that the app would work again. That was pretty legit. My app started working again and I haven't had any problem since. I would attribute any errors to common tech issues that any company would really face. This team reaching back was pretty impressive. I actually wasn’t expecting that. If you're looking for a Humanize I would recommend these guys tbh. I like the customer service
