ERROR
Update: the is an update to my original post. I really appreciate the tech team teaching back to me and providing reassurance that the app would work again. That was pretty legit. My app started working again and I haven't had any problem since. I would attribute any errors to common tech issues that any company would really face. This team reaching back was pretty impressive. I actually wasn’t expecting that. If you're looking for a Humanize I would recommend these guys tbh. I like the customer service
