  • Get this APP!

    If you’re constantly on the go and don’t have time to go to classes in person this is the app to go to. I love the instructors and the classes are affordable and also love that you will receive a recording of the class even if you don’t attend to it in real time. I would definitely recommend this platform to my friends!

  • I Love This App

    I feel like this is the online studio I've been waiting for. A lot of online platforms I found are either soley pole moves or choreography based and this platform seems to have a balance of both mixed with conditioning in full length classes! This app is super user friendly and I really appreciate having access to the recording after taking the class. I'm super excited for my next class this week and will definitely be getting a subscription.

    This app is SO easy to use and the creator has collaborated with various instructors internationally that not only know their craft but are passionate about it! If you miss a live class? No biggie - the recording is delivered straight to you in the app within 24 hours. I personally love Mateva’s low flow class and can’t wait to branch out! It’s easy to use, the instructors have great energy and you’ll leave a class feeling sexy, strong and capable. ✨

  • Everything You’re Looking For

    I have been skeptical about online fitness communities for years, that is until Reddlight Therapy was created.

    This platform was made with so much attention to detail and thoughtfulness, not only for the student, but also for the teachers. There is an array of people teaching their talents to dancers, coming from all walks of life with professional instruction.

     I personally loved taking Trap Goddess’ classes - she really knows her physiology and that is something I NEVER get to experience at any in person class. She understands that every body is different and knows how to lay the platform for her instructions by creating this foundational space to just be in your body. As someone with a physical disability this is understanding of muscle/bone connection is soooo important for me and I found it through this app!

    There are sooo many classes I would still love to explore.

  • Safe, accessible, QUALITY classes!

    I’ve benefited from Redd’s workshops previously so it was a no-brainer to download her app with access to industry experts specially curated for us. The app is user-friendly), it’s simple to build your schedule, and I appreciate the various class packs/pricing. I’ve taken one live class so far and will return to the recording soon since I have access to it for a lifetime. This online portal is a safe & accessible way for me to learn from home and i’m very grateful to expand my training here.
