This app was a life saver with housing in Santa Barbara. I needed to find a subleaser asap, and gave this app a chance, within a few hours the perfect housemate reached out and I easily subleased to him. This will be a go to for me and my friends with the housing crisis in Santa Barbara.
Very helpful housing tool
I listed my room in Isla Vista, CA because I needed a subleaser for the quarter. Within 2 days I was able to find them through housing helper. I was able to send pictures and all the information I needed through the chat. It also has no fees when listing properties which other real estate apps have. Highly recommend this app especially for college students.
