The WW app worked well. I always had my location plus 2 other locations. No they want $7 / month so I can have more than one location! Not likely! I’ll use Apple’s free built in app.

Hi there, the AppStore said the old app had to change as it was so old and out of date it could no longer be serviced. If you don't want alerts (which professionals demand) then the free version has much more data and graphs in it.
New update over complicated with no 24 hour forecast (that I can find)
Response from developer
The old app had expired and could no longer be serviced. The new app is a merger of our two websites (WeatherWatch.co.nz and RuralWeather.co.nz) in one place and has much more 24 hour data than before. There is a LOT in this app, so it may take you a while to see it all :)
Have to login to a weather app?
Hated the rain forecast as it was nearly ALWAYS wrong, we quite often got massive downpours when app said only light to min rain in area. Seems like their reporting stations arent close enough so miles off in forecasts. They need to fix this issue.

1) You don't have to provide email & login if you don't want to... it's needed for if you want to pay for multi locations and push alerts. 2) Reporting stations are privately owned - NZ Govt has no open data for us to use, we're lucky to have what we have and we can remove any broken stations you report. 3) You won't find a forecaster you like if you don't understand how downpours work, especially in NZ where there is no open weather data. That's why our app has radar in it to track them.
Regret upgrading to the latest version

Hi there, we're a company smaller than your local cafe, sorry you're angry unlimited data isn't free for you to use - but our new free app actually has much more data than it previously had. We've limited locations to seperate those who use our app for entertainment only Vs those who use it on a Professional level. As you point out, there are many free basic international weather apps if you just want multi locations for entertainment... but as a small Kiwi business we're all about BETTER more accurate data to help farmers, growers, boaties and other professionals, and that can't be done for free. The FREE app still has more data than the Two Government forecasters (that you pay for/fund) combined.
The format is good, but…
So sadly I’m depending more on the three other apps….
Please fix this! Second time in a couple of weeks there have been errors…I note my previous comment no longer shows however… you said it was 20 degrees at 6am…. Sheesh
Please fix the menu button
