AI generation involves a certain degree of randomness. Even with the same image and prompt, the results will vary each time. If you're not satisfied with the generated outcome, you can try multiple times.

When I canceled they took the credits I purchased

I canceled my subscription after purchasing credits. I figured I’d still use them since I paid for them and they are gone. Not cool. I had 12.

Wasn’t able to execute any of my prompts

I tried multiple and each one just had the slightest motion in the image— certainly not the dramatic movements I requested. I feel ripped off

Disappointing

As soon as I paid for it I have tried to create a video and the description I have put to create my video was long but the video they created was only a boomerang of a wale, absolutely ridiculous. I hope they refund my money, because it’s not worth a penny. I have already sent an email and a refund request to apple. If I don’t get my refund I will do the possible and impossible for apple to ban this scammers.

Won’t let me make images I want to make. App is also racist, I tried to animate a picture of a black girl walking but I keep getting a mission failed notification saying that the image was explicit and the girl was fully dressed!
