ACLS in the palm of your hands
This app has taken a complex subject and made it very easy to understand. The functionality is such that I can quickly navigate to a specific arrhythmia protocol in very little time. I especially like how the rhythm strips change as you scroll down to Identify the rhythm.
On top of this the price is so cheap you shouldn't think twice about getting it.

This is the best ACLS
The title speaks for itself. I was using this with a colleague to review for my exam. The question database is extensive and there is a nice rhythms quiz section. The app is well organized and easy to use.
