It's called "Paint on Photos". And that's what it does. 5 stars. Very good. You can be precise. It's also very fast software processing.
I have to say... the other reviews are being a bit harsh about this app. The ads at first get a little overwhelming, but that doesn't effect the usefulness of the app. If you're interested in an app that filters, edits, and draws on photos, this is the app for you. On the other hand, it is a little laggy, and again, the ads are a bit much, but overall, a good app.
Why they allow apps to advertise features they don't have is beyond me. Worthless app, only ads.
I got this app figuring that I would try it out, even with the bad reviews. I love it! The ads are a little annoying but the app is totally worth taking a second to close the ad. I love all of the stickers and filters and everything. I came to this app from You Doodle(very bad app! Do NOT get You Doodle) an i am very pleased. Try it out!
You can't even draw on the pic.
Can't even use the app efficiently because of pop up adds. Some even open up your web browser, and take you away from the app! Wish I could of actually used it.
As soon as I opened it i had seen three ads and it wasn't anything worth downloading. Too simple, too many ads, and does nothing. DO NOT GET!
A bunch of ads, no features
I like the app but the only thing holding it back is the annoying pop up ads.
