Amazing tool to support positivity and mindfulness
Great for sending yourself reminders to take a moment to breathe and do some quick mindfulness work in the middle of a busy day, or as encouragement to get through a tough day. I’ve even used it as a reminder to do simple tasks - in preference to my normal calendar reminders.
This app is visually appealing and easy to use- I’m really loving it at the mo. Thank you.
