“It will only happen once!”🙄
I’m so sick and tired of this app kicking me out! I’d be making a video and it’s going perfectly fine! When suddenly completely out of the blue it kicks me out. When I click to get back into the app it does this loading thing. It says, “Loading assets.” In the very end of this notification loading thing it says, “it will only happen once!” Oh really?!?!!! Once is every single time I open this darn app! Once I FINALLY get in after waiting forever ALL my stuff has shifted! All the audio is messed up and I need to completely restart! However everytime I restart the same thing happens again.🙄 This app can only be used for very small edits and even for small edits it’s such a chore to get it to work! I DO NOT recommend this app to anyone!😡Wish I could give it one star.😒Show less💕Via🥑
Three problems
ok, so I think this app is really cool about the green screen stuff. My editing actually looks decent. BUT I have a few things that are about to make me lose my mind! 1.if u insert a photo/video it fricken gets lighter and if I have light words on the pic/vid it’s legit not there anymore! Plz fix that. 2.i use green screen transitions on PocketVideo but let’s say I went to the bathroom without my phone. When I got back on the app ALL my green screen stuff are ruined! Or if I just save it to my photos it glitches and doesn’t work. 3.EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I get on this app, it says “downloading assets this may take a while-don’t worry it will only happen once! But it fricken happens EVERY TIME!! Y’all spammers. Someday I’ll find an app with a green screen but not as glitchy as pocket video🤦♀️Show lessHumpty Dumpty🙂🙂

I downloaded this app about a year ago and it was sooooo great. It had everything. And it just worked so well. But, I just redownloaded it a month ago and it was horrible. I loved the green screen that they used to have. But, I always try to put a video sticker on. Anytime I try to save it, it kicks me off the app. And I can never save what I made and when I get back on to look at what I made, it’s a totally different design. So, I have tried about 10 times to save it and it kicks me off everytime. Deleting it right away. No doubts about that. I definitely think it IS the best editing app that’s free for a phone. But, it just needs work and keeps kicking me off and it just won’t let me do anything. #deletingASAP #TheStruggleIsReal #NoThankYouShow lessLyndsooo:)
PocketVideo Is a Good App But..
I’ve used PocketVideo to edit a lot of videos and the good thing is that it’s easy to use and overall performs excellently. If you’re a new YouTuber or just want to make cool videos I definitely would suggest this app first. And personally I believe that this is the best free phone editing app that there is. But there are some problems that I think you should be aware of before buying this app.
1. If you don’t have good WiFi then the app will lag and mess up the edits in the video like word font sticker placement etc.
2. It does take a while to put the whole video together in the end even if you just added one thing which can be very stressing if you’re in a rush.
3. There is a time limit of 10:00 min(this wont bother many people but as a YouTuber I have had some problems with the time limit)
4. You only get clips of the ITunes music unless it’s your music
5. When you do a reaction video the video starts right away you have no warning.
6. One time every time I would go on the app it would restart everything and have the “Be patient while we start the app (or whatever) this will only happen once” but when I waited it would eventually black out and I’d get lagged out but I think that problem has been solved I don’t really know
These problems don’t really happen a lot but when they do they can be a pain. Other that that this app is the best and its super easy to use and has an amazing turnout! 4.5/5 stars!!💗⭐️Show lessWolfie_Sofie_178
ITS SO BUGGY NOW
the app is so buggy now and it's really frustrating. This is not as terrible as the other reviews i've been reading here, but please fix all of it ASAP!! This used to be a bug-free, great editing app but now i'm forced to use imovie or other apps because they're not as buggy and frustrating! anyway, here's my issue: when i'm doing text on my videos or adding gifs or photo on my videos and stuff, a lot of the time, they move to a different clip from where it was and i kept having to delete it and replace it to where i wanted the text or other stuff to go in the first place! ugh i miss it when i could just edit everything with ease, but now i have to limit my editing because i would have to fix it so much because of that bug!! Also, i accidentally deleted a clip, but in order to get it back i would have to put in my entire 12 minute long video in again, so could u please create a back button or whatever it's called. Kinda like the one imovie has. I truly believe u can be better than all of the editing apps on appstore, but right now you are very far behind that goal. Thanks.Show lessPoloush
Where Did the stickers go?
This app overall is a great alternative if you can't edit videos on your computer. The quality is wonderful and it's easy to use. When you select a clip, it gives you a set of things to use in the clip. Other videos, customizable text, filters, etc. One of the options to chose from is stickers, which used to have things such as emojis, cartoon characters, and most the desired one of all, social media icons. There was a ton of others to choose from, and it was very convenient to use. But now, all the options have completely disappeared for me. As I decided to explore the app one day, I went into Gify to see what they had to use. Now, I can't get out of it, I've restarted the app and my phone and it's still there. It's been there for months now, and I still can get out of it. Maybe because it was from an update I wasn't aware of, but otherwise my favorite part of this app is now gone.Show lessiMemequeenii
NEEDS SOME WORK MOST DEFINITELY
I've been using this app for a little over 6 months now. When I first saw the app I was in complete shock that an app could offer so much. However, here lately I'll import my video to the app. After I've finished the editing process, I'll save it to my camera roll (which is VERY slow and sometimes crashes). When I go to watch the video from my camera roll, the app has completely sucked the quality right out. The app makes the video extremely over exposed, pixelated, and blurry. I'm going to be completely honest, iMovie is wayyyyy better. You may have to double up on work, like downloading VideoFX Live, Title Master, documents, etc. However in the end it's worth. PocketVideo Team, PLEASE fix this problem. If it hasn't been a problem, upgrade your resolutions or something. This is frustrating!Show lesseverything.4.you
You would think they have fixed this by now
The "social" part of this is nice and all, but please make that into a separate app. I'm almost 100% sure that the crashing comes from the luge amount of videos. I bought this app not for the social aspect though, but for the editing aspect. I would recommend iMovie, because it's faster, but this has the green screen affect... And free! It looked great until I pressed any button on the editing screen, stickers, crash. Add a video, crash. And I've seen other reviews like this, so it's not only me. You would think they would have tested this and make sure everything is ready, but, it crashes. I would not recommend this, for the social part, use social media. Editing, iMovie. Green screen, out of luck. I did give this 2 stars though, and that's because there is no ads, or constant ads. Most free apps do that, but you guys didn't. Touché. I mean...its whatever
The app used to be amazing! I used to love it. But now it's acting soooo stupid and now I'm starting to hate it.
First off, it always takes me off of the app whenever I try inserting a video sticker, or exporting it.
Second, sometimes when I try to export it it says that something is wrong with my video and that I have to try again. When that happened. After 2 days of trying to export it, it never did and I had to make a new video.
Now, when I export the video, there are these random black title screens that appear then disappear every 10 seconds.
I don't know if it's just my app. And it's not like my phone is the problem. I have an iPhone 6. But anyways, now I am so fed up with this app. I used to love it! It has so many amazing features for a free app, BUT now there are so many glitches that I feel gets worse as time goes by. If they were to ever charge for this app, never in a million years would I buy it. I now almost completely hate this app. You guys need to fix this ASAP. If I could give a 0/5 stars. Great app but...
I loved this app while I was editing. It had overlays, royalty free music, and everything an aspiring youtuber could ever look for in an editing app! But there are soooo many bugs and issues on this app that need to be addressed and I suggest they get working on them ASAP. For one, as I saw in many other reviews; the audio is super unreliable! My video's audio will be perfectly audible while editing. But, as soon as I go to upload and save the video the audio will not work once it's in my camera roll or on my profile! Speaking of uploading and saving, clicking the finish button and then waiting for it to "compose" takes MUCH too long. It's insane how slow this app is when it comes to any kind of export. I RARELY do reviews on apps unless I truly want an app to get better. This is honestly the best video editing app on the App Store and it would get so much more traction if they worked out the speed and audio bugs that so many customers experience.Show lessAjah_starr
