I was watching baddies but I can’t hear NOTHING !! It gave me subtitles but I can’t hear not ONE thing ..

How do I watch the movie??
You see when i downloaded it and I clicked on a movie to watch on, but I don’t see a “play movie”
Misleading
I downloaded thinking I was going to be able to see criminal minds but it wasn’t there when in the app preview it shows that is there.
