Very disappointed with the game. There are WAY to many ads. You can’t do anything without watching an ad. I understand that’s how you keep the game free but come one. You craft something for 5 min ad. So I have to watch an ad every 5 min? That’s just being greedy. I was asked if I would leave a 5star review in the game and said no, so it asked for my feedback. I left a detailed feedback and I got a generated response on spending money and other ways like watching videos to get lava stones. What I wrote had nothing to do with what they responded. They didn’t even read it. So they DON’T care about our opinions. Just greedy people. Also trying to get tech points is ridiculous. I have 4 people on it all day and I barely made 3000points. I will most likely just delete the game. I will also add I have played all the other games and the only other one I didn’t like was also the one with crafting because you always had to watch ads. Just greedy.
I’ve played all the other games by this creator n normally enjoy them but this one’s just not it. The tutorial is bad. I’m currently stuck at like 5-10 minutes into gameplay because it won’t let me do ANYTHING “cuz the darkness” I’ve tried sending into support but they won’t send through idk what’s going on with that. The ads are CRAZY. like I should be able to play more then a couple mins without having a 30 sec ad I can’t skip. The games from the ealy years are definitely better but this game making me wanna I download all their games in general. Seems a little money hungry with the ads and the fact I consider it unplayable due to the fact my characters can’t do anything is basically sealing the deal. I don’t think I’ll be supporting this company/ game creator until issues are fixed. Games shouldn’t be released and be this unfinished.
I’ve been a fan of this studio since I was a child. All their games have been so much fun and with the new release of VV 6 I can say it’s just as wonderful as the last games. I’m very excited to see the end product when it’s out of beta phase. The puzzles are fun and I love my little army of kids running around. 10/10
I love these games so much and Ive been playing since I was young. I am a little disappointed with the gameplay of VV6. Compared to other games it advances so fast and I am constantly losing villagers. I only have 3 villagers now and I have to wait nearly 4 hours for a baby to be born. It just feels like I really can’t do anything about playing it at the ‘right’ time. I can’t play the game while I’m asleep can I???
I have been a huge fan of LDW games since VV1. They have always been consistently entertaining. You had to go ruin it with ads. ANY ad is a disruption. There is no justification for it when previous versions were just fine. Why?? There was nothing wrong with the model set forth by previous versions. Uninstalled immediately. Do better, LDW. Do better!
I was 7 or 8 when I first fell in love with LDW’s games. I owned the first several vv’s on pc, i’ve bought the first five for mobile. Never has the first research level for all categories cost almost twenty thousand research points.
It’s very clear, from the way leveling skills is set up to the insanely slow resource collection, that this game doesn’t have the heart or charm of its predecessors and is instead a greedy, mediocre cash grab. Some very, very poor decision making went into the development of this game and I am deeply disheartened.
Make a good game and the people will buy it. It’s super obvious why this one is free. I wouldn’t pay for this experience the way I paid for the first five.
I don’t even mind premium currency. That’s not the issue. The issue is the reliance on micro transactions to make meaningful progress- something the previous installments did not do.
I hope the devs take a break from the copy/paste responses and actually listen to the folk who have in many cases spent most of their lives loving these games. For the first time in my life, I find myself considering just deleting a Virtual Villagers game. That’s really sad.

The villagers are scared of their own shadows and will not create babies to continue life. Thus ending the cycle. Complete bust compared to other games 10+ years old.

Besides the negativity, I enjoy this game! Yeah there is ads but what mobile game doesn’t??? While watching ads I’ll just watch tv. Game is pretty common sense, and if you’re a 🤓, you already know to google the game if you need help. Already found a walkthrough guide to help me get every puzzle unlocked if I get stuck. I’ll rate 4/5, but everyone has their own opinions 😊

Please contact our Customer Support Team by tapping the 'gear' icon and then 'Help' and provide them with details about your issue - they'll be happy to discuss this with you!There is no way to ‘pray the vines away’ as none of the villagers can start with any spirituality exp. i tried to reset twice and click forever trying to get to a villager with ANY spiritual exp to get past the quest. not worth trying to play or figure out; ridiculous amount of ads and most are unexpected when clicking on normal things. very frustrated and bored with this entire experience. i saw an ad and thought it would be fun, i was completely wrong.
