I LOVE IT BUT THERES ONE THING TO FIX
i love the stories and the drama, it’s very enjoyable and i’m stuck on this game everyday because it is so good. However, there’s is something i want to complaint about, the diamonds. I don’t like how i can’t choose a cute outfit because i have to spend 20 diamonds. i’ve just recently downloaded the game and i already felt like deleting it because i couldn’t choose any good outfits. I also don’t like how we only get 1 diamond after every story/chapter and i understand you can buy more diamonds but the prices aren’t even a good deal for the amount of diamonds we get.. like 100 dollars for 150 diamonds? most of the good options are like 25 diamonds, those 150 diamonds would be gone in a day for me. I personally feel like yall should make the diamonds go up to 5-10 after every chapter/story and i feel like people who are just now downloading should get a starter pack technically, maybe like 200 diamonds to start off with and maybe like 100 passes to start off with. i feel like it would make the game more fun but i do understand you have to get money so once the people run out of their diamonds and passes then they can pay for more and they don’t get 5-10 diamonds, they only get 2-3 after every story. After all, this is your game, so whatever you do.. it is your option but i just feel like this would make the game more fun and reduce less anger problems and complaints about the diamond system! Overall amazing game, keep up the good work! 🫶🏾

hey guys so I recently redownloaded episode and it was going very good until for some unknown reason I was logged out and lost my account data. This includes my story progress, stories I have read, outfits and backgrounds from the gumball machine, shards and gems.

I was very annoyed and sad so I went on reddit to express my annoyance however alot of the comments explained to me how I could recover my account the way they did, I sent in a ticket to try and recover my account so I could get my gems back however they were unable to recover my account data… so in return for the inconvenience they gave me 25 free tickets and are in the process of refunding the 60gems I paid for.

I am very grateful and amazed by how good the customer service is, I believe episode cares very much about their community. Also speaking of community, the community stories are soooo good and fun to read. ❤️

Pros and cons!
Hey, I’m telling you this in a very detailed manner. This game is fun, exciting, and tempting all in one. You can discover so many different types of people and see the way others express their love and hatred for one another! When I start a new chapter, I’m IMMEDIATELY hooked on it due to the tension I have with my significant other. It’s like I’m in an alternate universe reflecting off of real life encounters and stories. But..it’s the gems and the amount of time I need to wait in order for my tickets to regenerate fully. It’s extremely devastating to have to wait a full two hours when I was only given two tickets to begin with. I understand.. readers become super adapted to their stories..but to make an entire cooldown for tickets is pretty difficult to get inside my head considering how hooked I am to the story I am currently reading! And another reason as to why gems are a problem is because when it comes to impressing your crush, your friends, or your bullies with an outfit, office area, home, AND behavior, you end up having to choose THE worst option which takes away from how people perceive you. Overall, I give this game a four! Although it has it’s flaws, I enjoy playing very much. It’s a fun way to learn the way of life and a huge reflection on your character considering all the relationships you can get into and friendships you can create in your episode experience! 🙌

Great app but needs improvements
I played this app for many years, and I always loved it. But I was reading other peoples reviews and couldn’t agree with them more. The fact that we have to go through all these tasks surveys and watching ads to get diamonds is becoming a little annoying. A lot of the stories have choices with diamonds but the diamonds a are way too expensive. If the diamonds were cheaper, maybe we wouldn’t be complaining. When it comes to changing an outfit, that should be free. And I agree with one of the reviewers that the diamonds should maybe go towards tickets instead. However, I do like that we get achievements throughout the stories, and the achievements go towards our gems Another thing I want to add is we should have the option of taking off tattoos on our crushes. I know the characters are supposed to represent a bad boy but I just don’t like tattoos on my men soooo. lol. Option would be great to change that if we have the choice to change features anyway.
I just find the that the process we have to go through to earn gems is really making the app less exciting. Maybe there can be other ways to earn such as fun booo related contest. Or POLLS is a good idea. The gumball machine keeps giving me clothes for my profile which I don’t need.
I also feel like there should be an option to reset the story if we mess up instead of that story being saved.

Fun, but I hate some features
Let me get started by saying this game is really fun, and I enjoy the stories, and you can make your own and whatnot, but one thing I absolutely hate is the fact that some choices cost “diamonds”, I can agree that maybe some should, but I don’t want to have to pay for every single good choice, it ruins the whole story it becomes boring and unsatisfying. The only way to acquire diamonds is by buying them or earning them at the end of an episode. The “golden” choices cost diamonds, but the amount of diamonds they cost is ridiculous, ranging from like 14 to 30, which is crazy to me, I think it should be like 3-5, or maybe you could watch an ad. You don’t earn enough diamonds to be able to save up. You get 1 when you finish an episode, or you can buy barely any for a ridiculous price. So…. In conclusion I think this game is fun, and if you don’t mind spending a bunch of money to get a good result in your story, go for it I guess, but, really, truthfully, it ruins the game experience.

It’s ok but gem choices r too much
It’s ok but gem choices r too expensive, I personally prefer community story over the original episode ones but when I’m reading an episode story that was intriguing all it says each scene “Tell him that you hate him ( 0 💎 ) and Tell him that you love him ( 30 💎 ) Like girll and the ads are so annoying especially when I get Some ads that are unskipable and in the end it wastes my time and it just leaves me with a black screeen. Pls fix this other than that I love episode

Gem options ruin the experience
I am absolutely gutted at this game. Whilst I really enjoy the stories and format, the gem options completely ruin the experience. The last chapter I did had 4 gem choices, which would have cost me £10 if I chose all- that’s just 1 chapter! Which would mean for a full story you’re looking at £100+ to choose all gem options and get the full potential out of the story line. Not to mention the way the none gem option is written is so insidious and ruins the story for choosing it e.g gives you really ugly clothes, makes you miss out on scenes or just makes you generally look like a terrible person. If the gem options were lower ie 5-10 gems per choice instead of 19-29 and the options just enhanced the story, I’d be more than happy. I support in app purchases for free to play games, but this really is taking it to the extreme. With how popular the game is they obviously make A LOT of money so they could definitely afford to lower either the cost of gems and tickets or the number of gems needed to unlock a choice. I really hope the developers address this in future to make the game more inclusive and enjoyable for ALL players regardless of financial situation.

Love episode
I’ve been playing episode since 2014 now , and there are certain features I miss with the old versions of course , like the mean girls which was ICONIC . The Demi Lovato stories too are just simply nostalgic to a lot of people . I think the gumball addition is so cute and fun ! , I love how they switch it up and it’s a new gumball theme every 2 days , and the prizes are really cute . The cottage core one is my favorite one at the moment , but I’ve won all of the outfits from the other ones too ! Adds a lot of backgrounds and more exclusive outfits to the game for your personal avatar which is really cool . Love how they added daily rewards too so if you like to play every day (like me) you get rewarded for it ! I am an episode VIP customer and love it , I feel like more people would be interested in getting VIP if you did a 3 day free trial so people can experience the luxury of no ads because I genuinely think I’ll never go back to watching those ads before reading . And pass free reading on episode official stories is GREAT for getting extra gems , and just enjoying the stories because you don’t waste passes if you are one of the people who read them strictly for gems . I think they could bring some of the old features back , like being able to write a story on mobile and stuff but other than that the new updates have been really great and I’m excited to see what’s new

Looove the game but…
This game is absolutely amazing. It sends the reader into a separate world where they can explore different realities of themselves. But as that is all fun I do have a problem with the game. When I am reading a story and I really get into it, and then I get hit with a premium question but I don’t have enough gems to pick the choice that I’d prefer it’s honestly devastating (in my opinion) because I have basically built somewhat of an emotional connection with the story and when I have to be forced to choose a choice I know, I DON’T WANNA CHOOSE, simply because I don’t have enough gems to decide. First what I think would make the game more enjoyable for most people including myself is if you would give us a head start in the gems we have when we first get the game. Let me explain. Like if when someone first gets the game the game automatically gives the reader like 20 gems to start with, so that way they when they first start playing they don’t have to be disappointed instantly. Second. Whenever the reader gets finished with a chapter instead of getting only one gem Maybe they can get 3 or 5 gems, that way it can feel more rewarding whenever you finish an episode. These are just some of my suggestions but I truly think if the game would give us a little more freedom when it comes to the choices and gems the reader receives that it would not only make the game more enjoyable but also rewarding and exiting for the reader to experience. 😊
