I canโ€™t navigate

Iโ€™m trying to press screen mirror but it doesnโ€™t work. It just takes me to a random tab on my tv and I canโ€™t even use the tabs

Disappointed in Apple for claiming a free app for iPhone to smart tv mirroring, then wanting you to pay for the service. Why canโ€™t you just be honest and up front with charges.
