Just the same as all other slot games, you win quite a lot on the first 50 spins then slowly but surely the wins get less and less because all the games are designed to do is make you spend a fortune on coins. Very average game at best.Dancing rave

I’ve been playing this game for 6-7 years.
Got to level 480 / with 680 green gems and my credits was up to 4billion7hundred69thousand.
Had technical trouble with my iPhone so I lost everything. Never heard back from you or got any help in retrieving my status.
No the game brought me back to level one and starting all over from squares one on everything.
Not fare and very very upset.
I’ve always given you 5 stars but might start changing my mind.

Horrible customer service. I had nothing but trouble with game. Sent several emails and got not one answer. Deleted game and re downloaded. Lost everything. I had over 4 trillion coins..the game would not allow you to move levels so I started over. I even logged in to Facebook and still did not get my credits. Ridiculous!Show lessCyndeesshoecloset

I really enjoy this game and really do not want to delete it, but if I can’t win what’s the point? I’ve had the app for a few years now and can’t seem to advance very far since I am unable to build up my coins. The wins used to be plentiful, but over the last few months they are scarce to say the least! I get my daily spins, play a level for a minute and before I know it I’m out of coins. It’s a free game so I will not pay for coins and if that’s the only way to get ahead sorry bye bye on to the next one!Show lesssavvysoles17
