I was locked out of my app because I tried the wrong password too many time. When I called customer service I was in the new app within minutes after answering some questions. Fast service, thank you to Elizabeth!Makena_!
New App issue
I love the look of the app icon, but statements are no longer accessible. Now I know why statements aren’t showing: everything prior to the new app is missing. 😡😩 This app is missing features the old app had. I used the old app every day. This new app is a waste of time.
