App doesn’t work. It only shows a blue screen

Only a blank blue screen came up after downloading.
Good when it works
I had actually been impressed with BTC for once, this app worked great for viewing our accounts and paying bills for at least a year, now it is only a blank blue screen , not sure if there is something I can do to fix it or if it is a BTC error.
Never works
Worst app ever. Says your number is already register. Numbers which I did manage to register I have issues trying to top up. You need to scrap this app and get a new one or hire a company that can build one that works
Doesn’t work with iOS 13.2
Tried several times to get this to work on my iPhone and three different iPads, all running iOS 13.2. attempts to contact BTC were not helpful.

Needs A lot of Work
The app is a great gesture for BTC customers, but the UI needs to rework. The developers do not take the time to update the app and address bugs when they’re discovered.
Wow
When I first got the app I was skeptical. After installing it, I realized how fast and easy it was to use. It made topping up and checking my balance easy. This is a wonderful app!!
