  • No support and app doesn’t work - thieves

    Paid for a 3 month subscription.
    Firstly I was charged twice . It was like pulling teeth to get one charge reversed .
    I still can’t access the app and support doesn’t do anything to help. There is no phone number to call and the emails I sent are basically IGNORED . This app deserves negative stars and they should be arrested .

  • Horrible Product and no customer service

    First there is no learning plan. Secondly There are no Animations AI to chat with. Or I have not been able to get them to work. Third I selected hands free but I can’t get off the screen. Even if I select, push the button to talk. I still can’t get off the screen.

  • Never worked.

    [Update: after MANY messages with them (btw, best way to reach them apparently is thru Facebook messenger, NOT thru the email), they finally refunded some of the charges. As promised, I am changing this review to reflect that. Never got the app to function tho and no joke, it took weeks of back & forth messaging to get it resolved so I can’t give more than 2 stars. Seems like it’s prob a good app if it functions for you but if not, good luck. Hope you have LOTS of time to keep writing them. I basically had to threaten to tell every ex-pat I know not to use it before they finally did the right thing. ]

    Have never been able to get this app to function. It consistently says “no active subscription found.” After the 24 to 48 hours it takes for them to answer a support request, all they’ve done is repeatedly give me the same instructions to download & log into the app which I’ve said Every Time - isn’t working. So now, Ive tried to write every day this week to say I want a full refund (of all THREE month’s charges now that they dinged me yet again while I’ve been going back & forth w them trying to figure it out), and every email comes back w a mysterious “delivery status delayed” notification. Then today I get a notification saying their inbox is full. I have limited income right now but lots of time and planned to spend Aug working on my Spanish (I live in Mexico so it’s muy importante!) and instead I’m still using crappy free apps & out $54 that I don’t have. I’m hoping maybe this review will reach someone. I’m open to changing it if someone gets back w me & offers the refund I am due.

  • Glitchy and poor customer service

    I have attempted to change the language level on the app but it remains at beginner. I have tried to contact customer service about this, but I get a bounced email notification. Eventually I hear from customer service but their solution didn’t help. Very poor user experience in the app. Very poor customer service.

  • Foolish

    How foolish are the developers of this app. They have an ad campaign running atm and you can’t signup for the program because it says it does not recognise your account.

  • Badly designed, and doesn’t work well.

    First off, the AI interactive ”Tutor” is not in the actual app - at least, not in the French edition. It is clunky to use, and it doesn’t process spoken input very well. Currently, I am not able to get it to work at all. The app no longer responds to spoken dialogue nor does the dialogue appear on the screen.
    Don’t waste your money.

  • AI reviews and the app doesn’t work

    Disregard all those reviews that have “this app is amazing and enjoyable! 🎊.” What a joke! Do NOT fall for this app. The AI doesn’t speak and once you input your response everything goes completely blank! In short…SCAM!!

  • Very glitchy.

    The audio doesn’t work. Half the words don’t appear. It’s unusable as it is.

  • Glitch

    Seem to have encountered a glitch in the program. When I first started using the program, I would speak my responses and I would get a dialogue box explaining whether or not my response is correct or not in explaining where I might’ve deviated from the correct response. I could play the audio of my entry and also the audio of the next question in the series. Now the green and orange dialog boxes appear, but there is no text inside the boxes and I cannot play any audio.
