Bad app
Doesn't work. I followed the instructions in the manual and on the app. Techno does not receive anything from my IPad.Disappointing day after Xmas
Really disappointing app.
Simply doesn't work.
Tried for over a hour to get any response from the Teksta toy, tried in different room, different volumes, holding the iPad at different angles, nothing worked.
These are children's toys, they should 'just work'. We also got a Furby, I'd suggest the programmers go an learn from those guys, that is great fun and works straight out of the box with no problems.Show lessAdey2020

Not a happy christmas.
I'm so disappointed by this product I'm thinking of returning it. The puppy does not respond to the app and is so poor at responding to other gestures and sounds it only holds my sons attention for as long as his patience lasts. Not a good way to start christmas. Something's not working
iPad 4, iOS7, dog doesn't respond to commands, even in the proper mode. He's fine with motion commands, but the app just doesn't work. Sad!FrequencyAndSulphur

Problem
App will not install onto ipod touch what so ever. I have downloaded app over and over in hopes that maybe there was a problem with the download, but the app has yet to install on anything other than my Itunes.Ash-123

How do you use this? Where are the instructions?
What steps are suppose to be taken?
Will this require other purchases?
Is there a web site which will answer these questions and trouble shoot common problems?
