Bad First Impression
I installed and when I go to login, the app doesn’t recognize my email or password. I’m using the same credentials that I use for the online, browser-based resident portal.
Please do not make me create yet another set of credentials just to use this app.
I’ve deleted this app and will simply use the browser as I always have.

You do not need to create another account or reregister to use the Resident Mobile App. Please let us know if you continue to have issue, it would really help us understand if their is a problem with the account information.
