Meh

An hour and a half of audio recording. Brilliant.
However. The transcript is in Welsh which is no good to ma as no option to translate as “language not recognised”
Brilliant.
£14.99! I don’t think so. I’ll be cancelling before I’m charged.

Refund option please

I signed up for a 3-day free trial after seeing a prompt in the app, but I was charged immediately upon activating it. This feels misleading, as I expected to try the app first before being billed. I would appreciate if the developers addressed this issue and refunded my money. Please ensure your trial terms are clearly stated to avoid confusion for other users.

Gave me only 5 minutes worth of transcription for a 60 minute keynote presentation!!! Awful!

I don’t recommend using the app. It didn’t transcribe the whole presentation, only gave me the last 5 minutes!!!

Poorly drained app

prevents users from being able to unsubscribe due to poorly designed app where the option is absent. Money trap

Im on a free trial and this stuff is awesome, definitely saving up. They’re a bit expensive at 24 a month but you can get a lifetime thing for like 100 which is definitely worth it especially if you’re in college

Fantastic when it works

When I first downloaded this app, I was amazed at its accuracy in summarising several meetings.

The only issue is that it is not reliable. I have the latest update, but it will sometimes not record, giving a failed format message. I am paying attention to the meeting and cannot monitor whether the app is working or not. Tonight, I received a phone call in the middle of a meeting. This caused the app to stop recording and delete everything it had already recorded.

The concept of it is great. The reliability needs work before charging a subscription for it.
