  • Looks promising!

I’ve been trying to find a new app for tracking my meds and I think I just found it! Back in 2015 I purchased a different med tracking app and have been using it for years. But now they want me to pay an annual subscription fee, even though I already bought the app. This is in spite of the fact that the app has never once been updated since I first purchased it and they never add any new features whatsoever. So I’m gonna play around with the MyTherapy app for the next few weeks. And if I feel it’s a suitable replacement, I’ll use this app going forward. If I do, I will gladly pay the one time amount of $7.99 to support the developer. 😌

  • Great idea/Nice gentle, reliable reminder

I started using this medication tracker to be an example for my college age daughter who has trouble remembering to take her anxiety medication and she doesn’t like it when I question if she is remembering to take it. She doesn’t like feeling like I’m watching over her. So, I showed this app to her and told her how simple it is for me, even on days when my schedule is different, because it will keep reminding me until I enter that I have taken it. She now gets a gentle reminder that she set up without me having to say anything. She and I have been using it now for 3-4 months and it is working great for us!

  • Great medication manager

Great app. I have been using it for several years to help manage my numerous medications that I take multiple times per day. It also is helpful to keep track of medication inventory to manage refills. Additionally medication, dose, quantity and frequency are listed for easy access at hospitals or doctors office visits. I highly recommend this app for your smartphone. It is fairly intuitive to use even for meds used for short-term like antibiotics. Each med can have its own alarm or you can set the alarm for meds taken at the same time. A recent upgrade logs meds taken at the same time with just one tap. Click one med taken and the app updates all meds taken at that time. Very handy if you take numerous meds.

  • After a year of daily use: Love it!

I needed help with medication reminders and this is wonderful for that. But it does much more. Easy to use with flexible controls. For example, when setting up each med, you set the threshold where you’ll be asked about the next refill. Our pharmacy was having issues with automated refills and this app helped us avoid missing doses of vital medications when their system had glitches. It’s also solid. No crashes or lockups. And no annoying ads. This app helped me manage meds during a major medical crisis and the months long recovery. Thank you to the wonderful developers!

  • Perfectly simple

I love this no-frills medicine tracker! I take a # of medications and supplements everyday. Before this app, it was a struggle keeping track of what to take and when, and even remembering whether or not I already took a dose (which is not good and at times surely led me to skip some).

MyTherapy was the first app I found both easy to use and supremely practical; I’ve been using it for 2-3 years now. It helps me stay on top of everything, and getting the cute/pretty picture at the end of a complete day is a nice little mood boost.

I highly recommend this app for those with a strict regimen, especially those with memory or executive functioning issues like myself.

  • Best Pill Reminder!

I take several medications and always struggle to stay on top of taking them. This app has eliminated that frustration for me. I can also track things like my blood pressure, weight, and blood sugar in addition to my pill count in order to know when they need to be refilled.

While some of these features are common to other reminder apps, I found another unique feature that isn’t. I have an injectable medication that I take weekly, and this app allows me to record the location of administration. This is wonderful because I have to continually change areas. So, now I don’t have to try and remember each time.

I also found their customer support to be excellent. I had a question and Dominik was quick and courteous with his response.

If I had a suggestion to make this app even better, it would be in regards to adding the ability to cross reference drug interactions. Hopefully, this is something in the works for a future update! But what a fantastic app! Keep up the good work!

  • Adhd and busy life: very helpful!

I always have had difficulty remembering to take medicine consistently, or remembering if I took it. Now, my doc and I are on a journey trying to figure out which new medicine is going to be a good fit for a new issue. Each different medicine we try has different requirements- morning or night, certain time span before or after other meds, etc. I’m already taking other meds with requirements. This plus a busy lifestyle with many other responsibilities = a brain that can’t always keep up. I’ve tried taking notes on a note app, but it’s clunky to look through a list and try to keep track of everything. This app is perfect for my needs. Simple interface = quick and easy to use. I love that I get a reminder to take meds at the right time, but I get to log it at the time I actually took it. This makes it so much easier to space out the rest of my meds appropriately according to what I actually did. It also helps me remember what I did in the days before, so if I’m consistently off for a while I can slowly make it back to my normal schedule. Thank you to the developers for a great app! Would love if you make one just like it for me to use to keep track of my kids’ meds! When they all get sick, it’s a full time job to keep track of who can take what medicine, what dose, and what time. I love the clean, uncluttered interface of this medication log.

  • Best Medication Reminder App

My daughter recommended My Therapy a number of years ago. She even installed it on my phone to make sure I didn’t make a mistake doing so, which is daughter speech that actually says she wanted to make sure I added it & used it. 😂 I have lupus, in addition to a few other health issues. My doctors have always stressed the importance of taking my medication on time, every time. My Therapy has made sure of that very thing. The software designers did a wonderful job of making certain the program works. They also are great about listening to app users in order to make the program better. I highly recommend My Therapy. It is a reliable app that helps me remember to take my medication no matter how crazy the day. It’s February 2024, now & I’m still using My Therapy’s medication reminder. I continue to fight multiple autoimmune diseases, as well as chronic pain, & a few other medical problems. It’s my understanding that this is a program for people in the UK. Well, I’m in the US & this program works great. I believe it will work well no matter which side of the pond you reside on.

Update PS (March 2024): I am now able to add medications that are taking as needed, ie migraine prescription & my daily multivitamin that includes added calcium for women, esp those of us with osteoporosis.

My Therapy Team: keep up the outstanding work.

  • Perfect amount of reward for ADHD

I had never been able to be 100% consistent with medication until this app. Other reminders fade into the background or the notification is too jarring or the reward system is too time consuming or complex. With this app, I’ve set it on silent mode so I can just see it whenever I happen to be getting ready that day, and when I mark that I’ve taken the medication it’s the perfect amount of reward stimulation—a pretty picture that’s different every time. I don’t need a game reward system, I’d get bored of it. Pictures are just right.

Then because I’m taking my ADHD medication consistently that also carries over to adding other medication or routines. I can’t see the pretty picture until all of them are done (or marked skipped).

It’s also incredibly helpful for the app to tell me when I’m running low, so I can watch that countdown and have a few days to make a plan rather than running out and going without for a few days. Of course, that means I have to remember to input the bottle amount as soon as I get it or else count the pills left if I put that off. But it’s nice to know that it has that capability.

  • Medication Reminder

I’m not sure exactly how long I have had this Medication Reminder App, perhaps a few years! It has probably saved my life because if I am busy doing something I just forget to take my medication!
It is so easy to use. I take 7 medications per day and some of those twice a day, so it is easy to lose track without, My Therapy App!
You can program this App to whatever time of day you want to take your medications and when that time arrives it notifies you by sound!
As soon as I take the medication it has reminded me of I click “confirm” and that reminder disappears until that time comes up again and the next reminder is now front and center waiting for the time to take your next medication!
I never click confirm until I have taken my medication! It’s like having your own private caregiver tapping you on your shoulder holding out your medication to take!
I highly recommend this app it’s Free and your little pill box doesn’t notify you it’s time to take your medication if you are busy, however, My Therapy Medication Reminder, does remind you!
