A real shame

This was such a useful app when it worked a long time ago. It enabled me to record my expenses on the go saving so much time and not losing receipts. It stopped authenticating and I’ve never got it working since. If development has ceased and this has been retired why not take it off the App Store? I’d love to have it working again...it allowed me to work smarter not harder.

FIX THE APP ALREADY

Dynamic is temperamental at the best of times, takeing a dozen clicks to do even the simplistic of things. Only saving grace was this app for expenses but now it's been months that it doesn't work. IT have contact Microsoft also a dozen times but no update on when will be fixed. Just get some good guys on this and get it updated or at least communicate by when!

Authentication in loop

When I try to login the authentication keeps running in loop and never log me in.

Terrible

Same problem as other review plus seems completely broken now with iOS 13–spins on Authentication. Terrible experience.

iOS 13 Update

Please fix this app to work with iOS 13. The company that I work for solely uses this app to complete our expenses and it hasn’t worked since the iOS 13 update came out!

Giving up

I used this app successfully for a few years and then it started going through a re-authentication loop every time I wanted to use it. Worse still, if you didn’t sign out and back in again before you used, it would lose any expense captured. Anyway, since iPhone 11 it’s stopped authenticating altogether. Come on Microsoft this is easy to sort, yet the negative impact on not doing anything is so high.

No iOS 13 support

Any plans on updating? This does not work with iOS 13

Shocking

Useless. I have to constantly re-authenticate and go through a lengthy MFA process in order to get expense submission to work (‘something went wrong’). You can only take photos of receipts not add existing ones for camera roll. Both issues mean I have to email myself pictures of receipts to complete expense submission on desktop app which is just painful and time consuming. Please fix the bugs - I am not the only one with the same problem!

Doesn’t work properly

Simply doesn’t work. Unable to take photos of receipts so it’s useless.
