This app has saved me years of my life! Before using Control. Alt. Delete. I would spend hours a day scrolling Instagram and Tim tok lost in an endless loop of meaningless cheap dopamine drips. I used this app to curb my access to those apps, so now I’m able to spend more time with my friends and family! I won’t have to watch my little boy grow up through a phone screen.

I’ve never had an app do the “free with in-app purchases” thing and allow me to skip signing up for a paid subscription to use a free trial instead, only to guilt trip me with a personal message about how “it’s expensive to run an app” and then tell me that maybe they’re “not the app for me” if I don’t want to pay.

Way better than the native screen time!
I’ve been looking for a better alternative to the screen time. This app is loaded with features to really curb your phone addiction. You can prioritize by day and category. It’s hard at first but becomes easier as time goes on.
