This platform doesn’t allow for you to download your results. Meaning this App holds all your information without giving you access to it. I can’t send copy to my email and I find this not good.
If you have multiple goals you will have to upgrade. That's not clear up front. It would be nice to be able to do more than one plan. You may do one plan and not like it, but you're stuck not being able to create another plan for a month.
I like the apps self reflecting approach but I was a little upset at the fact that when I had to close out my phone at times, the progress that I’ve made from filling out my goals doesn’t seem to have a way to save or return to a recent set goal for me to complete. So then I have to start all over again from the beginning…. Once the creator(s) can fix this then I will perfectly happy to use everyday.
