Identify trees wrong
It identified a Bradford pear tree as an American Elm tree

Hello - We're sorry you had trouble with the app. We are constantly making updates to ensure that the latest AI models are used. While we know there will be occasions where our AI simply makes a mistake, we are trying our best to ensure this happens as infrequently as possible.

When I submit a photo of a tree, it either says no tree found or gives the wrong identification to the tree species.

Hello - We're sorry to hear you've had a bad experience with the app. The app uses the latest AI recognition algorithms, however it does need a clear picture of a tree in order to identify correctly. Please ensure the tree is in full frame of the photo and that there aren't lots of other trees in the same shot that could confuse it. We appreciate your feedback very much.
