Josh has been an MD at Morgan Stanley and BofA, and he wss willing to go deep into his contact list to help me get placed into an internship. He just knows exactly where to look & where there’s going to be openings so I didn’t waste too much time networking places where the spots were already full
Class of ‘24 Coming Back & Showing Love
So about a year ago, I found out from PwC that they weren’t giving me a return offer after the junior summer internship because they weren’t going to sponsor my employment visa. I started applying for jobs on LinkedIn, learned about the banking offer, and honestly I never thought I’d be saying this but I’m so glad that PwC let me go. App looks great so far and looking forward to keeping up with Josh and the mentors

Kean University to Sales & Trading!
I was a sophomore at Kean University when recruiting season hit, and out of nowhere everyone on campus that was studying finance was in full out sprint mode and I felt really behind. The Banking Offer was an incredible resource for me - the networking tool they have started getting traction with other women in S&T, and through those networking calls I learned a lot about the industry & gained a lot of traction. Glad to see we’re moving off Slack to this new app & big shoutout to Arsh for helping me though the process! Good luck to the team!
