“Scam Alert – Money Never Delivered, No Help from Customer Service!”
I tried sending $200 to a friend. They charged me but my friend never received the money. I’ve been trying to reach customer service, but they keep saying they’re investigating, and it’s been over two months with no resolution. The customer service is terrible! Avoid using this service, they will scam you!

Doesn’t work at all
Went to read the terms and conditions and there’s no way to go back and continue the registration. Had to close the app and restart. On the second retreat it doesn’t send the 6 digits code after waiting over three minutes. Even tried the resend button but no luck. I don’t think this is tested properly and it is rushed to production.

I like how easy it is but didn’t work for me
The app, interface and how easy it is, is the best part. The main part … sending money is not working. After filling out all information (I like how the name is auto populated when phone number is entered) no feedback. Just white screen. No error code or contact detail. Is this even an official app?

Email registration doesn't work
I do not receive the verification code to my email inbox when I try to sign up, tried different emails.
