Great app

Would be 5 stars if it had separate fade in and fade out buttons

Purchase not appearing in Prime App!

I purchased the Warm Pad 3 by Loop Community earlier today but it’s not showing in the Prime App! Tried uploading but then had message to say can only use wav format etc.

Tried to get help but kept on being redirected to FAQ. Not at all helpful.

Transformed our team’s confidence and sound!

We started using Prime at our church a couple years ago, and the accessibility to so many great resources — that are also volunteer friendly — is pretty much unmatched. The app is well-built with a variety of different features to suit your team well. The customer support has also been great in my experience, if there’s anything that goes wrong or you encounter a problem, they’re quick to respond and resolve the issue for you.

Best thing about it IMO is scalability — you have the option to only pay for what you’re gonna use. You can use Prime standalone with no subscription, or you can add on tiers based on what you’re doing inside the app and controlling with it. It’s been a game changer for us, and I’d highly recommend exploring Prime and Loop Community for your future tracks rig!

Response from developer

So glad to hear this has been helpful for your ministry - mm

True Greatness

The new prime app is absolutely amazing and it along with loop community as a whole has been a game changing platform for our tracks and services. We are a church plant who just sent out our drummer and his wife (who so happened to be our keys player) along wit 17 others from our church to go and plant another church in a neighboring community. Needless to say, being an already small church I was nervous about what that would mean for our worship service and feel, but loop community came in clutch when it was just me and my guitar to be able to still create an excellent worship experience for our congregation! I haven’t had any issues with their software even when in beta testing, but have seen the LC staff bend over backwards to make sure that everyone has the best experience possible with the resources they provide! Great company. Great software. Hopefully I can get into some of their great hardware soon as well!

Best app for backing tracks!

Prime has truly revolutionized the way I lead worship. With its vast library of song arrangements, chord charts, and click tracks, I am able to easily access all the resources I need to prepare for services and rehearsals. The ability to customize arrangements and create setlists has allowed me to tailor each worship experience to the specific needs and preferences of my congregation. The click tracks have been a game-changer for our band, helping us stay tight and in sync during performances. The ease of use and user-friendly interface of Prime makes it a valuable tool for musicians of all skill levels. Overall, Prime has helped me become a more organized and confident worship leader. I am grateful for the impact it has had on my ministry and highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their worship experience.

Small church, big help!

Since we implemented multitracks at our small church, it truly has enhanced the worship experience. The app is user friendly, affordable, and not to mention — customer service has always gone above and beyond to answer any questions, or sort out any issues! One thing I love, is when companies/developers WANT to hear from their customers on what might make something better— We see you. We see how hard you all work to make sure you can participate in advancing the Kingdom. I am grateful for everyone involved in developing this app, again, i it doesn’t only help the big churches but the small ones, too!

Great app for live worship

I love, love, love this app, it so easy to intergrate and arrange song tracks. It has helped us do worship at a higher level musically and I thank you so much for that. I would give it 5 stars if you hadn’t changed the interface. Please consider moving the pad controls to the top and the track controls back to the bottom and make them bigger please. I find it a bit harder to use live now without hitting the wrong button on the iPad by accident (which I did a few weeks ago). The original interface was the easiest to use. Or maybe have two versions available (the original and the updated).

Fix or status update or it’s back to Multitracks

It’s going on 2 month since the app was broken and there still hasn’t been an official statement about this. Just random people responding to individual posts and reviews.

I left multitracks because loopcommunity was just similar enough that I could justify moving to the new platform. Now that cues and arrangements just don’t work at all I’m very close to jumping ship on LC.

You need to send out a notification to your users or something through the app and let us know what the actual status is on this or your going watch everything you’ve built slowly deteriorate and fade away.

People will be more understanding if you are honest with them but at this point it seems like your hiding information.

People may think I’m over reacting but you released a promo video for this new version saying it improved on all the original features. Well how can that possibly be when your core functionality doesn’t even exist anymore in this new app.

To me it seems like you either have lost some of your original programmers or you hired a completely new dev team to build this version and they didn’t cover all the functionality before releasing to the App Store.

If I don’t see a fix or an honest public statement to everyone that subscribes to LC in 2 more weeks I’m going back to multitracks.

Update broken

I opened the app on Sunday morning to find that the app had been updated and the layout was completely different and had to redownload the tracks 30 minutes before we were supposed to go live. I understand that it’s my fault for having auto updates on , and to be honest I do like the new look, but guys, there are A LOT of glitches which break the app, cause loops to start over on their own repeatedly after a few seconds. I have always supported this app, the developers, and loved everything you do, Matt, since the day you came to talk to my class at Judson and I prefer this over multitracks so please, please fix this. I’m sitting in the sanctuary wondering what we’re gonna need to do this week if the app doesn’t start working soon.

Three large steps backwards

1. I can’t see bpm when looking up tracks - this is a key feature that breaks the app for me.
2. The play/pause/loops/etc. buttons are very small and easy to miss now. Also, they are at the top of the screen, which is the hardest spot to reach when operating this while playing an instrument.
3. I still can’t search by bpm when looking up tracks
