It's been a busy early October but here's version 1.8.0 with some saught after changes: - Added settings to alter the appearance of the subtitles. - Addon subtitles are now grouped by addon if you have more than one subtitle addon. - Addon subtitles are now grouped by language and sorted. - Fixed a bug that made subtitles disappear after returning from picture-in-picture. - Improve addon resolution. - Improve addon configuration experience. - Rough support for tracking progress when using external players (with support for x-callback-url). To track support properly Vidi needs the external player to report back with progress, which none of them currently do. Now it marks content as completed if the external player calls back saying it finished or canceled.

Big update to the playback capabilities in 1.6.0! - New default video player: KSPlayer. (VLC is still available as an option in the settings) - HDR10, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision - Dolby Atmos - Picture-in-picture (with subtitles) - Playback in external players Infuse and VLC (requires installing those apps) - Long press link to copy URL There is a know bug with PiP that if you enter PiP with subtitles and exit PiP the subtitles will disappear.

Now available as an app for Apple TV with no additional purchase required. Buy Vidi on one platform, and get it on all supported platforms. Version 1.2.0 is a smaller release for iOS, as most of the work has gone into the first release of the tvOS app. Here’s a list of improvements: • Resolved a rare issue where duplicates of items like favorites and Up Next could appear when syncing over iCloud. • Fixed a bug where add-ons would generate more requests than necessary, causing errors like 429 or unnecessary traffic. Now that Vidi is available on Apple TV, I can focus on adding new features and further improving the user experience. I’m incredibly grateful for all the feedback—it really helps me focus on what matters most. Thank you!
