Terrible
This scamming app use to be good in the beginning but as time progressed it gotten worse and worse allowing scamming companies like foodsby scam drivers out of pay even though compensation fraud is illegal, support is unreliable and unresponsive, and app freezing in the mince of making deliveries make it difficult to recommend this company to work as a independent contractor please get it together the beginning this app was alot more competent and convenient now its pretty much useless

App opens itself
We all understand how we have to have the location services always active in order to receive orders, but this is the only gig app that opens itself on iOS (since the last update 1.5) while doing other apps on your phone when location services are always active.
Please disable the delivery navigate button until after we swipe that we are leaving
Why would the developers make it to where you can press the delivery button before you even start pick up ridiculous
No Orders What So Ever
I don’t receive any orders on this app. Every now and then get a text that says “Orders are available in your Open Order Board! Check them out in your dlivrd driver app!” I’ll go to the app immediately and there’s nothing there. My availability, parameter and notification is on but I get nothing.
Old app is better
I too haven’t received any orders since downloading it except on the opportunity board and same thing with the customer service giving me generic answers about it
So far, much better
Impressed with the new version of the app. Quicker and snappier responses to actions, smooth order assignment, as well as polishing up some older features. Still some kinks to be worked out but overall I think the app is a great update from the older version.

App issues on dlivrd's end and acknowledged by them via text. Happened during the entirety of a delivery. Was still able to deliver the order despite dlivrd's network issues with many call and text attempts to dlivrd and the customer by using screenshots of the info. Haven't had an order since.
Not getting an offer
I'm having the same problem that some people are talking about in the comment! Before the update I received two orders per day(12 offers per week)! And I didn't need to send "Available" to show that I was available to receive offers! After the update I didn't receive any more offers! It's been 3 weeks and I only received one offer. I am really disappointed! Invest in bags and carts to make deliveries.

Hate it!
I’ve been with Dlivrd 3 years. Very punctual and consistent. With this new app I am barely getting any good runs. It’s changed dramatically. I don’t like it at all! Customer service just keeps me the same ole answer “nothing has changed on our part”… it’s not true. The new app changed everything!
I haven’t made any money in over two weeks now
Since getting this newer app, I’ve been having all kinds of problems. The first day I had this app, I had an order scheduled from the previous app from the day before.. I decided to use this app to complete the order. When I got to the pick up and I finally got the items, I swiped to Mark picked up and somehow it also marked me as arrived to Delivery location way prematurely. Since then, I haven’t been getting any orders. I haven’t made any money and I’m actually really struggling now and it’s all because of the app marking me arrived and affecting my account. If that’s not what it is, then I’m really unsure because I was making a decent amount of money with good orders because I have a lot of bags and an excel cart but now I’m not getting anything. Very unfortunate and disappointing because I worked very hard and purchased a lot of stuff to work this job.
