It really helps

I took 30 adhd varied activities and it actually helped

Helping me

I recommend this app to everyone who struggles in there every day life because this has helped me so much

Good app

I can’t believe Soothfy is completely free, with no hidden costs! That was a huge reason I downloaded it in the first place. As someone who has been struggling with depression for years, paying for therapy, medication, and other wellness resources adds up quickly. Having this app as a completely free option has been a lifesaver. The 30-day depression program has been helpful in giving me a routine when I otherwise would have none. I’m currently on day 12, and I’ve already noticed that my mornings are more structured, which has really helped lift my mood. The app feels like it was made with real care, and the fact that it’s accessible to everyone at no cost is incredible.

It’s an essential mental health tool

I downloaded Soothfy after reading about it on a mental health blog. I’ve struggled with panic attacks and PTSD for years, and this app has become an essential part of my routine. The guided meditations and breathing exercises are what I turn to when I feel a panic attack coming on. It’s easy to use and genuinely helps me feel more grounded. Definitely worth trying if you’re dealing with mental health challenges.

I welcome your feedback if you have used it or any other apps apparently designed to help stabilize people who struggle PTSD and traumatic stress. I have my doubts it will be useful for me, and it's free. Let me know what your experience has been! Thanks.
