So let me start by saying I really like this game; if I could give a zero star I would have but there’s no option for that. It is so sad that it ends up being a scam. When you start the game, it says once you reach level four, you can immediately pay out to be honest., level four was challenging it took me three times to finally get through it.
Once I reached completion of level four and went to withdraw, it says that I had not reached the proper level really??
There’s also no place to put your information. Should you have the opportunity to get paid?
I even attempted to email contact support
Google came back and said address not found so again there’s never an intention for any of the customers to reach someone regarding the game practices.
Shame on me I even purchased extra gems and paid to not have ads. That was a waste of money.!!!! shame on me.
I just wish one of these games would be on the up and up so sad; they only want to waste your time grab your money and give you nothing in return but frustration.
Continuing to play the game just know you’re never going to get a payout, you’re never going to hear from customer support because there is no customer support.
