Great for the abs
A little difficult if you have back problems. I had a hard time with the plank but doing them from my knees worked out better to relieve back pain.

Good but needs improvement
I like the workouts and how it talks to you and tells you like '5 seconds left!' And stuff like that. But it could use more of a description to the workouts. I hate that you have to upgrade it to get more workouts to be intermediate and expert and to customize it :( Overall its a good app, I've seen results doing it everyday + my regular exercises. It would check it out.
