Weekly Workouts:
This is a dynamic, ongoing program, meaning that each week I prepare the next workout block based on previous weeks. Every week includes 6 workouts, with Mondays focusing on legs, Thursdays emphasizing technique, and the rest of the days providing a full-body workout. You don’t need to complete all 6 workouts each week; the program is designed so that even if you do only 2-3 sessions, you’ll see fantastic results without neglecting any part of your body or fitness.
Workout Structure:
Each workout is divided into 3 parts and resembles CrossFit methodology. The first part includes an active warm-up with exercises like push-ups, bodyweight lunges, and static stretching. In the second part, we focus on strength, muscle growth, and technique in a gym-style approach with supersets and rest intervals. In the final part, we shift to higher intensity for cardiovascular endurance and high heart rate work.
The App:
Each workout section includes a built-in smart timer to guide you on when to work and when to rest. Each exercise has a demo video, explanation, common mistakes, and more.
For Beginners:
Alongside the ongoing program, we offer a static 12-workout program that focuses on kettlebell basics with extra attention to technique, explanatory videos, common mistakes, and more. You’re welcome to mark off all beginner workouts or revisit them whenever you need a refresher on a specific exercise.
