Can’t export transcript file or audio
This was useless. I even wrote to the email in the privacy policy as there is no customer service in the app. No response. It recorded the call but wouldn’t export the audio or transcript files and then deleted the conversation after a week. Total rip off.

I just downloaded this app today but it’s not recording. UK service no is not working. Please refund my money as soon as possible

It will call a US number first and then you call your desire number. If you are not calling from USA then you will have to pay long distance. This is a useless app for non US residents
Useless
Says it is unable to transcribe any of the five calls I’ve recorded. I don’t care that it announces its recording. I do care that it is not functional. Cannot even send to my computer to transcribe because the share image doesn’t seem to be an actual button. It certainly doesn’t do anything when you press it. Extremely disappointed. This is a total scam.

Absolute rip off
I paid 19.99 to be able to record a very important call followed all the instructions on how to record . It never recorded absolute waste of money complete scam

Just make it purchasable in the App Store. Don’t list it as free just to make mandatory subscriptions to use the basic feature.

Defeats the purpose of recording a call especially when it says “call is being recording” the entirety of your conversation
