Useless......
I have been trying to schedule a service thru the app for about a week
Now and it has not gone through and the number for the service department listed in the app is not working either; it rings but none of the prompts work and when the operator picks up they can't hear you so they hang up. The app is useless the number for the service department is useless I am starting to think this is a sign of the kind of service I should expect....Show lessBettieReader
Bayside jeep App
I was told to download it because it would help my new jeep purchase...it has never worked! I can't even open the app in the iPhone 6. Useless and I deleted it.Suitedup07
Car finder/gps
It used to work great and accurate now always wrong address and in accurate very frustrating. Setting up car drop off for maintenance also doesn't work and u need to actually call to make a scheduled appointment .
