Extreme amount of ads
There is way too many ads. You must have WiFi/data to play the game just so they can bombard you with ads. Win a level, there’s an ad at the end, lose a level, ad at the end, retry a level, ad at the end. You can pay to remove ads, but £6.99 just to play the game in peace is ridiculous.

Fun game, but waaaaay too many ads. This is normal for most games these days but there’s something worse about this one:
Some levels are designed to be un-winnable unless you buy an extra space or buy an extra life. Some levels are challenging, and those are fun and I lose the first time around sometimes, but I figure it out and win without buying anything. But some levels are literally impossible no way around it unless you buy something. It’s predatory.

Fun game
I enjoy this game a lot. It helps me pass the time or get out of my thoughts. The only thing that really bugs me is there are two different blues in the game. It’s very difficult to distinguish between the blue busses which one is correct because the colors look the same. Not sure if it was intended to be this way but it really throws me off.

If you don’t want to spend, avoid
The premise of the game is good, and when you actually can play a level it’s a good logic problem. But as others have said, the ads are relentless, some level impossible to do without boosts or spending and you won’t get close to winning challenges as a free to play player
Should be possible to play without boosters but isn’t
Most of the levels are 100% possible without any boosters/upgrades/power-ups (which you either pay for with in-game currency/real money or by watching ads) but some aren’t. By the way you run out of in-game currency (tickets) quick if you don’t realize this and end up spending some on levels that are winnable without boosters. It’s really misleading and almost seems like a bug in many levels they never bothered to fix or even play-test. I give it two stars for the entertainment value up until level 80 where I realized this.

Just an app for ads
The game could be fun for people that like puzzles, but it frustrating. Many times there are no solutions without using adds for help. You will need to move a bus that is in the middle of the pack and there is no way to do it without using ads for extra spaces and clearing screens.
The adds are long and more than once the add would not stop and went on for many minutes. The only way to stop was to close game and lose all progress.
On the days I play, the battery of my phone always runs out. I don’t play that long. I think this game uses too much battery life.
I do not recommend this game. It is not worth it.

Levels designed to be impossible
I really liked the game and paid for the upgrade to eliminate ads. But it’s become obvious that some levels are purposefully designed to be impossible to win without using power ups, watching ads, or using tickets. The fun of the game is in the challenge, but it’s not a challenge if it’s literally impossible to win. I will spend money or watch ads if I have given up solving on my own, but I feel like I need a refund.

Just Wow
I don’t normally write reviews, but WOW. This game is a trap. I loved playing it until I reached Level 44, where I realized that in this level, it is IMPOSSIBLE to win without using some kind of booster/guidance. I counted the multiple times the blue people came and it would never remove 2 blue buses and free the police. It would only remove 1, no matter how you get rid of the other colors. Complete and utter SCAM. I will now delete this game and I hope no one purchases boosters as they have a way to not have the video option work ultimately forcing some people to buy boosters.

The game is fun but not the Ads
Aesthetically, the game is cute and minimalistic. I love the little popping sounds when the people get on the bus. The micro transactions and video ads are very annoying and the reason why I don’t play phone games.
I thought if I purchased no ads package I would not have to watch any advertisements at all. But no, it’s just to not have ads after each level. You still need to watch ads to earn rewards or spend money if you want rewards.
It is dishonest, and because of that I requested a refund. You also have to watch an ad to pass certain levels especially the ones labeled “hard or super hard”. Around level 165 I watched 5+ ads and some levels are literally impossible to beat without an ad. I hope there’s something similar on the Nintendo switch 🤔
