I love playing, but there are definitely bugs
Sometimes things will just all go sideways, no matter what. Lots of times, the buttons don’t work (or I don’t hit them right, I haven’t ruled that one out). But the thing that drives crazy, is that I will “finish” a level and then the ad comes up, only to close out of the ad to find a bunch of pills piled up and I’ve lost. This has ruined some of my highest scores and it’s infuriating!Show lessADangerm
Please fix this
The buttons don’t always move they way you tap them . The pills turn slow or don’t turn at all sometimes . At times the pills you have matched don’t disappear and get stuck mid air until the next move . This is aggravating especially if your bottle is almost full and you would have won if the game had worked properly. But still fun to play for free. Bug in app
The game is fun until it starts making moves and turns on its own. It usually happens once you’ve progressed to a higher level so I wasn’t sure at first but then I intentionally removed my hand from making a move and watched the game make several moves on its own without me touching anything until it filled up and I lost! This is frustrating, annoying and makes the game less fun knowing it’s cheating you out of moves you didn’t even make causing you to loose rounds you would have wonShow lessHaving fun

Bugged
App does not let me restore purchase, or make purchases to remove ads. App is also glitched so whenever another app tries to log in with Facebook it opens pill mania instead of Facebook. This is one of my favorite games, I just wish it was not bugged. I have emailed “customer support” over a year ago and received no response still.Show lesssmashbrosdon
SUPERB
Since the first time I played Tetris on the Amiga in mid 80 ‘s ,I have loved this type of game..bubbleburst/ kurishi etc ..And this stands at the top with those games…plus even my grandchildren can enjoy this simple to play (hard to master) gameAlphonix
Ads make you lose your game
You could be on a really high level and the free version sometimes has ads that pop up at the worst time in the middle of the game and it continues to play in the background and there’s nothing you can do. It makes you pile up and lose with no option to stop it. Super annoyingKrissy2581

I have played this game for years and absolutely love it. Be careful it is super addictive. Just wish there was a way to pay for it to avoid the ads…Amber9126
