Great tool
I enjoy using this application but it lacks simplicity and it's very laggy. Please fix the app to work well with iOS 7 and fix photo issue. I am unable to upload a photo on "complaint", only am able to "take photo".... Not very great.

I know there's a lot of hate for the app, but once it's updated and more restaurants are added, it'll be great. For the restaurants I HAVE found, it's great! They have every report for them for quite a while back. Very simple and easy to understand. UPDATE PLEASE! :D
Great app. This is good news!
The app is simple and easy to use. When searching for McDonald's , type in a couple of letters "Mc" for example. The search button on the bottom doesn't seem to do anything. If you want to search for something else, use the back button or the HOME. It is a bit slow to respond to input , but results are displayed fast. Sorting doesn't seem to work by Grade. A to B doesn't go from B to A after sorting.
Very good tool to report violations, have not tried yet. Maybe having a list of simple common health code violations so the public isn't reporting everything they think is a violation would be a good idea.
Overall, a good tool , especially when visiting a new restaurant. THANK YOU!

Wouldn't pull up any restaurants--not even McDonald's or Subway. A total waste of space.

Everything I look up says no results. I can just look them up on the website cause this app is terrible it doesn't even work.

Slow, clunky and doesn't do a good job at finding restaurants. I'm sure it'll get better with time!
Too buggy
Version 1.1. Once you get into a map, you're stuck. You have to shut down the app and restart to get out of the map view. Also, it quit searching for restaurants after two searches. It couldn't even pull up information on a McDonald's.
Cool Search Feature
Really like the way it displays letter grade for restaurants in my vicinity.
