The Bill Pay interface is horrible. It’s short and customer can only see a few payees at a time.
The activities page is also very bad, it purposely doesn’t show the balance right after each transaction. It looks like Cathay is tying to hide something from customers.

Easily the worst banking app ever
1. Authentication method is terrible. Cannot update to new phone number for authentication. Still stuck with old number and cannot change.
2. Cannot send automatic monthly checks/payments to other people? Are we still in 1980?

My least favorite banking app
This is the worst of the finance apps on my phone. Face ID is spotty and only works sometimes. This app holds the record for attempts “unable to process at this time,” an inconvenient error for a banking app. When it does work, it does what it’s SUPPOSED to do.
App works fine
App does the basics well and hopefully improves over time.
Doesn’t work for iPhone 10.
Customer service says sorry it won’t work and there is no solution! If Cathay bank wants to get serious about customer service and become a real bank like the big boys, make your online apps work for your customers!
