  • Terrible App- I’ve been burned for the last time

    Trying to link my new car Loan though my account I’ve had for over a decade for auto pay. App decides it won’t let me log in even after changing password and tells me to call for help. You call and get a phone tree that says your option is not valid regardless of what I push and informs me it will be ending the call and hangs up. Have zero ability to check my balance or anything virtually. What’s the point of app if it doesn’t work correctly and I’m stuck over the weekend just wondering why I bank with the little guy if they don’t even have decent digital banking. Will probably be switching banking institutions come Monday this is just unacceptable.

  • Most convoluted banking ever

    This branch and app has been my absolute worst banking experience so far. I refinanced a loan here and there’s no way for me to pay it online or in app and paying by phone charges an extra 15$.
    It took MONTHS to just go from initiating the loan process to them taking over the loan because they wanted to call during working hours to let me know they were sending a verification email for the next step of the process (I work in a loud environment). They waited until I called them back (it takes 20-30 minutes waiting each call to reach someone) and went through account numbers and security questions just to send me an email that could have simply been sent to begin with. Learn from my mistake, stay far away from this bank.

    My biometric works EVERYWHERE ELSE ON MY PHONE, but NOT on this one. It used to. Why have the feature but NOT have the feature?

    It says something when you consider that they KNOW there is an issue yet there REMAINS an issue.

    I love the manage money app it's always up and ready to help 24/7 and I just want to give it 10 out of 10 very easy to understand and user friendly if you don't have it ya better get it, you will love it
