Needs Update
Love the app. I use it for my team, but the new iOS 16 update for iPads has caused some glitches where the app crashes and the official game report cannot be read fully. Also, it doesn’t show blocks.Uhhh ok?
Decent
Really like the features other than difficulty editing stats in game but trying to get in touch with support is a lost cause. I’m interested in purchasing but with the high price and non existent support contact, I’m very weary of spending that kind of money….arts-sc
Terrible support
As soon as I purchased the subscription it logged me out and said that I was using the wrong password. I tried to reset my password but do not receive any of the emails to reset it. I have tried to call, email, and live chat message and have not received a reply to any of them. Not worth the time or money.Show lessTrat1107
It used to be great!
I have had problems with the app this season and have not heard anything from support. I have used it for a few years and liked the features. I reached out about a few glitches, main one being losing an entire game of stats, and they have yet to respond. Very disappointedDominator524
Don’t sign up for their service
I don’t have an issue with the app, but I’ve been trying to cancel for the 5 months since the basketball season ended and they’re still charging me. They don’t respond to email and the phone number doesn’t work. Some months I’ve even been charged twice and have reported them to my credit card company for a refund since nothing else is working. Awful customer service
Issues with app stats not recording turnovers when player steals from another. Also record was always incorrect. Tried asking for help but they disabled chat. Please do not waste your money on this app. It is awful and so is the serviceBonjoob12
Don’t waste your money
App looks promising but never ends up being worth the money. Too many issues. And now all of a sudden, I log in with my personal email and it takes me to some other random persons profile. All of my games have disappeared and been replaced with another team/coach. The “how to cancel” page ironically never loads up. The live chat option conveniently isn’t working. I’ve had to put a dispute in with my bank to make sure my subscription is cancelled. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone going forward.Show lessaljones412
Promising features, but not transparent about cost until you’re deep in the belly
Seems to offer a lot of what I was looking, but major turn off is that the pricing isn’t shared until after you go through the work to set up your team.
3 games free.. so that’s worthy of a star
But $18/month seems crazy high... so that’s where it ends for me.

Constantly Improving
We are in our third season using HoopMetrics. These guys are constantly making improvements to the app. Excellent customer service too! We will certainly be back for season #4.SportsFan 🏀🏈🥎
Help. Great program but:
I love this app!! I’ve used it for two years now and it’s awesome... however, recently I have lost back-to-back games once I have selected “End Game.” Yes, entire games, entire stats. I would rate this 5-star, but a stat program is worthless if at the end it loses your data. I am paying to use this app, and I have lost valuable data for my school teams. Please fix this, or I will NOT be a return user or recommend this to any programs.Show lessSpank23007
