this app is a game-changer for understanding my gut. the daily insights are super informative, and i love that it’s so easy to log meals. the resources section has been a lifesaver. just wish there was a way to sync it with my fitness tracker. overall, amazing app!
BEST way to naturally fix your gut
I’m a big believer in healing your body naturally and this app makes it so much easier for me to take care of my gut health. The first thing every single gastrointestinal doctor told me was to start tracking my diet and stools - but I kept forgetting and just writing everything down takes so much time. With this app I can just quickly snap a pic of what I’m eating, edit anything if I need to, log my mood + stools and it AUTOMATICALLY pinpoints how it will effect my gut health moving forward and give me recommendations on how I can improve my diet. This app is amazing for the price, it costs me what my co-pay for seeing a doctor for an annual subscription and has overall made my awareness way better with my food choices. Always wish I had something like this and it finally exists - thank you universe 🙏

really glad i found this app. i have been searching for a good gut health tracking app and this is really nice. i am able to track my meals and stools. wish there was a simple way to chat with my insights and some additional ai features. good job devs! hope to see it develop more and blossom :)
