Very hard to use without English version
Trying to get electric car charging to work without any English language version… part of the problem is the way it’s been built to embed the text ie you can’t even lift the text to put it into Google translate so you need to get a second device with a camera and Google translate to read off and translate the firstShow lessfreqBAflyer87
Pedido Expresso de dispositivo uma dor de cabeça para ser entregue
Pedi um dispositivo da via verde ha duas semanas atrás e paguei entrega express, ou seja paguei extra para entregar mais rapido.
Conclusao: ja telefonei 2 vezes para a Via Verde e 1 vez pa DPD e nada feito, so BLA BLA BLA e cobram lhe o dinheiro. A 1a assistente da Via Verde descarta as pessoas no telefone a dizer para voltar a telefonar para receber o reembolso. A 2nd assistente diz que tenho que mandar um email. Isto tudo por causa duns 50euros. Basicamente paguei por um dispositivo que nunca chegou, paguei entrega rapida e ficaram me com o dinheiro e o dispositivo. Nos dias de hoje com este serviço de entrega, com este serviço ao cliente péssimo e a roubar os clientes nao devem chegar longe. Boa sorte pas proximas vitimas. Perca de tempo.Show lessJJ 155677

Terrible. The filter option doesn’t work I choose Colibri - nothing, Gas-nothing. The only option that seems to work how much money I spent on VV hence the one starzvezdapoimenisolntse

Great product, but as you market this for tourists and expats as well as Portuguese nationals it is essential you give the option of other languages for people to choose from so we can all get the maximum benefit from it.R H #5

Great App but PLEASE have a English version!
Wonderful easy app to start with, but haven’t a clue how to add another car as we drive two different ones to Portugal. I have painstakingly tried using gas powered gel translate on my pc while using the app on my phone to add another car and have given up several times 🥵Hence only 3 Stars , Please have an English version.Show lesspinkpony007

Great app and service. My Portuguese is reasonable but technical language is challenging. It would be great to be able to select language. There are approx 1M foreigners living, working or contributing to the economy. Language options would show Via Verde’s openness to diversity.Dunkgreaseagain

The toll system in portugal has to be for the elite it is so expensive. Via verde do not present the balance which will be taken out of your bank account before taking it out.
