I love this application it rocks and works !!! Been using over a year !! I feel great about using it and really keeps me secure surfing the web and keeps me more private which I like a lot ... turns me on that I’m safe almost like having a boyfriend... it covers you comfort !!! Lol
Latest update is the worst
The latest updates are the worst compared to the previous versions. I can't connect to servers properly and I believe there is a bug needs to be fixed ASAP
Great app but!
I bought this app to be able to watch US Netflix but can't as Netflix have a way of detecting I'm using a VPN. Some other VPN providers are claiming they overcome this problem. Would prefer to stay with HMA but may have to change. 😞

Does NOT work in China.
Don't bother with this app if you're trying to access blocked websites in China. Also, be careful about purchasing within the app as the refund period only applies to purchases through their website.

Works well. And fast.
Been using the service for a couple of years. VPNs add another layer to your Internet speed and reliability but I've found HMA usually pretty good. Compared linespeed with ExpressVPN recently and HMA was marginally better.
Still deciding
When it works it is great, when it doesn't it is v frustrating. Can spend half my night trying to get a server that will connect so I can watch TV from overseas. Clicking the country is meant to automatically choose the best server but it doesn't. Needs improving.

I bought a 12 month subscription and I've followed the instructions to the letter every time and the VPN has never worked on my iphone or iPad. I have about half a year of subscription left but I'm giving up on the app.
