frustrating UX
This app is incredibly frustrating as a business customer. The lack of Face ID login makes for a time consuming login process. The remote deposit is very finicky and doesn’t always work.
Love the bank, hate the app
So hard to log in to. Have to reset my password at least every couple of months because I get locked out. Has not been updated in 10 years.
Bankers Trust Business Mobile
Great app for balances, transfers, payments and check deposits. Looking forward to what Bankers Trust has coming up.
