I downloaded this for my son and it won’t make a sound even though the sound button is on

Only has four colors!

Blue, orange, pink and green! That’s all you get. The idea and gameplay is okay, but what about the other colors?!? And the parents section is impossible to get to due to a bug.

Stopped working

App had a nice catchy song to help learn colors. Sound no longer works and I have removed the app and reloaded. Even played with the sound settings in the app, nothing works to fix the issue. Super sad my kid loved this app.

Tried what was suggested to fix the issue still no luck 👎🏼

So glad your family loves the app and I apologize for the bug. If possible, please try make sure the device silent switch is turned off (located next to the device volume buttons.) Once that's done, press the device volume up button several times while the app is running. If that doesn't work, please delete the app, re-download it, and try those steps again. Sorry about that! Please try going to the for parents menu on the first screen of the app and making sure that the sound and music is turned on. Next, ensure the device silent switch is turned off (located next to the device volume buttons.) Then, press the device volume up button several times while the app is running. Sound

This game has absolutely no sound. The iPad sound works because the other games play music and this app doesn’t. I have already uninstalled and downloaded it twice and same problem. Pointless for those who can’t read but trying to learn colors.

Can't unlock

I got the app through apps gone free, but I can't even try it out because it's locked, and the parental code doesn't work. For instance, it'll say "enter three, Five, five" but when you try to enter it , it enters the first number twice, so it enters "335".

Far too fast!

It comes up 'these trousers are blue' and it disappears really quick then it expects your toddler to find 3 blue things. Toddler is given very little time to think before a blue item starts bouncing

When you get the app from a free sponsorship app, free paid apps you only get what's free on a promotional sale, free you only get one free templates after that you must pay to free up the app that costs $3.98 so when you refresh the sale it only releases the $.99 sale that has one template, which is included on promo for the app, yet when you get the app that promotes paid apps for free, you do not get everything included, you must pay $3.99 for all the other templates, which are included on the app purchase of $3.98
